For stays of at least 30 days in the Schiphol region (Badhoevedorp), we offer a fixed rate starting from €3,097 per month. This includes gas, water, electricity, weekly cleaning, and unlimited access to premium facilities such as a spa, gym, and indoor swimming pool. This rate excludes the applicable tourist tax.

Can I rent a room as an expat for just a few months?

Yes. Our locations in Amsterdam Sloterdijk and Rotterdam City are specifically set up for stays between 1 and 6 months, especially during the winter season (October through March).
